There's a new version of QuarkXPress in town, and it's not simply a modest update. Think of the newly announced QuarkXPress 10 as a milestone release that pushes the design tool into the modern Mac era. Leading the changes in version 10 are a new graphics engine, a multitude of interface updates, and a move to the Cocoa API. The update arrives in mid-August, but you don't have to wait until then to get more details.
